Law Commission Triennial Review
The 2013 Law Commission Triennial Review was produced under the then Cabinet Office programme to subject all Non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs) to a substantive review once every three years.
Although some years old now, the Review has been seen as a positive endorsement of the way the Commission goes about achieving its statutory functions.
